Who I Am

I’m Todd Erler — an educator and academic success coach with over two decades of experience supporting kids, teens, and families. I hold a Master’s in Teaching and am a Wholistic NeuroGrowth™ Blocks-to-Flow Coach, certified by Wholistic SuccessCodes..

I specialize in supporting students who are bright and capable, but overwhelmed, helping them learn how to regulate their nervous systems, build sustainable habits, and feel more confident at school and at home.

Families come to me when things feel stuck—frequent meltdowns, anxiety, power struggles, or constant frustration. My work blends neuroscience, practical skill-building, and deep listening. Together, we slow things down, figure out what’s really going on underneath the behavior, and make small, doable shifts that lead to meaningful change.

I live in the Pacific Northwest with my family, and I believe growth happens best when people feel safe, understood, and invited into the process—not pushed or fixed.

Why NeuroGrowth® Coaching Is Different

NeuroGrowth® Coaching isn’t about performance first. It’s about readiness first.

Most support systems focus on outcomes: grades, behavior, compliance, productivity. NeuroGrowth® starts earlier—by helping the brain and nervous system get into a state where learning, responsibility, and growth are actually possible.

What makes this approach unique:

  • Nervous-system aware
We look at stress, overwhelm, demand load, and regulation before expectations.

  • Skill-building, not behavior control
We build internal skills like awareness, flexibility, recovery, and confidence—not external reward systems.

  • Strength-based and humane
Kids aren’t broken. Their systems are communicating something important.

  • Practical and usable at home and school
This isn’t theory. Families leave with clear language, simple tools, and realistic next steps.

  • Relational at the core
Change happens through safety, trust, and attunement—not power struggles.

NeuroGrowth® coaching helps kids move from surviving to engaging, and helps parents shift from constant managing to steadier leadership. When readiness is in place, progress follows naturally.
